After successfully saving Ryume and stopping then, Ryuga and Rian are assigned under him as the City Path guards, investigating the mysterious increase in Horror activities in the area. These are all plots by Makai Ksatria Zinga and his wife Makai Pastor Keluarga who have since become Horrors to raise Radan's ancient weapons to destroy humanity in revenge for the death of their child the previous year. To stop them, Ryuga and Rian team with Daigo Akizuki, Giga Beast Knight, and Makai Imam Gald and Haruna, as well as D Ringo and Yukihime before both Horrors can succeed in their plans.
Months after the events in Vol City, Ryuga Dogai had just killed the Murado Horror when he began to suffer the effects of the evil energy accumulated in armor. Fortunately, Rian knew from the Makai Pastor in Kota Path who could purify armor, looking for a city while coming across the Kebabe stand owned by D Ringo. Ryuga and Rian finally found the residence of City Path residents Makai Rev. Ryume. Ryume took the Garo armor from Ryuga to purify it for two days, Makai Ksatria assured that there were no Horrors in the City Path to worry about. As Ryuga and Rian ate at Ringo D stand, they saw a painting that the owner explained to be a statue of a guardian who mysteriously disappeared. When D Ringo's charms began to act, Zaruba felt an evil presence with the owner Kebabe revealing there were ruins near the suburbs.
